1. What Gulfleadbase provides

Gulfleadbase provides curated datasets of UAE business contact information compiled from publicly available sources, including government business registries and public map listings. These datasets are intended for legitimate B2B outreach, sales prospecting, and market research purposes by businesses and professionals.

The Site is currently in a validation phase. During this phase we collect demo-list requests via email. No purchase or payment is required to receive a demo sample.

2. Data provided "as is"

All datasets are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness, but we do not warrant that the data is error-free, current, or complete. Business details — including phone numbers, addresses, and operating status — change over time, and no dataset can reflect real-time conditions.

You assume full responsibility for evaluating the suitability of the data for your intended use.

3. Acceptable use

By using data obtained from Gulfleadbase, you agree to:

• Use the data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate, including but not limited to laws relating to data protection, unsolicited communications, and marketing.
• Not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the datasets with third parties without our prior written consent.
• Not use the data to harass, spam, or contact individuals in an unlawful or abusive manner.
• Not represent the data as your own proprietary work.

You are solely responsible for how you use the data. Gulfleadbase is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the data.

4. Intellectual property

The compilation, selection, and arrangement of data in our datasets, as well as all site content including design, copy, and code, are the intellectual property of Gulfleadbase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a dataset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that dataset for your own internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gulfleadbase and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any data obtained through it — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or our data shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant dataset.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services including Formspree for form handling. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
